The truth is… that’s just not the case any more. Things have changed. Technology, health products and space travel have all improved in the past 20 years. So has equity release.
Before you brush equity release off as an outdated, overly-risky and unsafe option why not give it one more chance. Learn about what it has become in the past few years.
My e-book for over 55s is designed to help you compare what people think about equity release with what is actually true about it. Simply enter your name and email address into the form on this page and voila! Perhaps you will even be surprised by what you read!

My name is Andy Rowden and I'm an equity release specialist. I’ve been around for quite a while and lots of my clients have too. As I got older, my clients unfortunately got older as well.
20 years ago I was talking with my clients about things like buying houses and having families. 20 years later the conversation with those same clients has changed very much to “Okay, I’ve got a property now" or maybe "My mortgage is paid off/getting close to being paid off”.
The subject of equity release and later life lending has started coming up more and more. Some of my clients asked me what my thoughts were on it and if I knew anybody that could get involved and help them out?
I did the research for a couple of years or so and found that the best way to help out would be to get qualified in equity release myself. So I have, I’ve got the additional financial services qualifications to do that.
