When did you last take a look at your pension? Can you be sure your pension is on course to provide the retirement you deserve? Are your payments invested in the fund(s) that meet your investment needs and views?
WE CAN REFER YOU TO OUR TRUSTED PARTENER WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ADVISE YOU ON ALL ELEMENTS OF YOUR PENSION/S.
You may have already started to invest into a pension with previous employers but have no idea on how much your funds are worth, what they are invested in and what you are likely to receive to live on during your retirement. .
As of April 2015 there is now much greater freedom and more options concerning your pension. You have more control over how you receive your money. You can also take up to a quarter of your pension savings as a tax-free lump sum. If your pension pot is £30K or less you can take it all as a lump sum, a quarter of which will be tax-free. Taking a tax-free lump sum will reduce the amount you have to buy an annuity, so the retirement income that you receive will also be reduced. Think about how you would spend the lump sum. You could pay off any debt, or invest it to generate another source of income.

From the initial phone call all the way through to the completion date Hannah and the team at the Financial Detectives were fantastic! Their knowledge and understanding of the market and all of the processes involved in purchasing a house inspired great confidence and certainly put our mind at ease. They talked us through all of our options and made sure that the mortgage we went for was the best product for us. The team also helped move along our purchase and make sure that any queries regarding our mortgage were followed up immediately. Their service was always carried out to a high standard, and nothing was too much trouble. We have already been recommending you to friends, family and colleagues. Thank you so much for all of your help! H & S Lodge,
